The OMS Student Leadership team is comprised of three 7th grade boys and three 7th grade girls. The students were nominated by teachers and asked to write an essay about what leadership means to me. A panel of judges comprised of community leaders then ranked the essays. The identity of the author of each essay remained unknown to the judges.
The OMS Student Leadership team is comprised of students that exhibit leadership skills, high character, dedication in the classroom, and positive attitude. The students lead and serve their campus in a variety of capacities not limited to assisting at the annual Open House, leading school wide assemblies, introducing new students to the campus, and providing a student voice for school improvement.
We are very proud of all of our student leaders at Ozark Middle School.
